ABC Diet Risks
The ABC diet is not recommended to people dealing with an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia) and should not be extended to more than 50 days. The risks associated with the ABC diet are, amongst others, tiredness, malnutrition, depression, and paranoia.
Experts do not usually recommend the ABC diet precisely because of the risks it involves, as the daily calorie intake of a normal person should never be lower than 1000.
ABC Diet Tips
To be able to go through with the ABC diet, you should drink plenty of water, at least two liters a day, and to do exercise, if you feel up for it.
When you feel extremely hungry, keep your mind busy by taking long walks, reading, listening to music, talking to friends who support you, or whatever other activities you enjoy doing.
ABC Diet Results
The ABC diet can be very tricky. Despite allowing for a lot of weight loss, the results don’t last for long. The explanation is simple: it is not fat that the body loses, but water.
Once you resume your normal daily calorie intake, the ABC diet results will soon go away. What is more, it is very likely that you will gain even more weight than you lost by going through with the ABC diet.
